DLF Projects was formed by two people who wanted to create a difference in commercial construction. Their goal was to deliver a premium service offering to clients alongside their unwavering passion for building.

Dee Frangeskakis

As the Director of DLF Projects, Dee Frangeskakis established the business bringing across 17 years of industry experience. With a commercial builder's license under her belt, Dee started the business to continue fulfilling her love of construction.

Dee's role is to steer the strategic direction of the company and ensure DLF Projects remain at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices. Dee oversees key aspects of our operations, including project development, client relations, staff and subcontractor relations, and strategic partnerships, all while maintaining our unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.

Dee believes that success in construction comes from meticulous planning, open communication, and a collaborative approach. This philosophy has allowed the business to tackle complex projects and deliver outstanding results.

Jason Kotis

As the General Manager of DLF Projects, Jason Kotis brings 30 years of industry experience to the business. With a Bachelor in Construction Management, Jason is an accomplished operator in Project Management with technical knowledge and ability like no other.

Jason's role is ensuring that projects are executed with precision and excellence. He oversees all operations, from project planning and resource management to maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction. Jason is dedicated to fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

Jason believes that the key to excellence and efficiency is through a collaborative approach with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure every detail is addressed and every challenge is met with effective solutions.
